If the name does not match that of the ticket purchaser or the ID cannot be verified, admission will be denied.
Tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than the cancellation of the performance. Please take this into consideration when purchasing tickets.
On the day of the event, tickets will be issued in numerical order (A→B→C→D). (A→B→C→Day→Free)
About free tickets on the day of the performance
*If you are 18 years old or younger on the day of the performance, you can enter the venue for free on the day of the performance upon presentation of "photo ID" (drink fee will be required at the entrance). (Drinks will be charged at the time of admission.)
*Please write your name and address on the stub of the free ticket on the day of the performance.
*For performances that are sold out with advance tickets, free same-day tickets will not be accepted as well as same-day tickets. Please understand this in advance.
