Open Mic Format
Any performance you can do in front of a microphone is welcome!
Acoustic guitar and vocals, piano and vocals, ukulele and vocals
Poetry readings, comedy duets, stand-up comedy, magic tricks, and more
One song per entry
(Please keep your performance to about 7 minutes, including setup time.)
First-time entrants get priority, but you can enter as many times as you like.
Acoustic and electric pianos are available on-site.
You can also bring your own music device (like an iPod) with a headphone jack
and sing along to your own karaoke tracks.
If you love singing but haven’t had many chances to perform in front of an audience,
or if you’re taking lessons in singing, guitar, ukulele, or another instrument and want to show off what you’ve learned,
